If you find any defect or receive the wrong item while inspecting it in front of the delivery person, you can return it immediately. In this case, you only need to pay the initial delivery charge to the courier.

4. Will I be charged again for a replacement?

No. If you return a faulty or incorrect item, we will resend the correct product to your address free of charge. You will not have to pay the delivery fee a second time.

5. How long does delivery take?

Typically, we deliver within 2-3 business days inside Dhaka and 3-5 business days for the rest of the country.

6. What are the available payment methods?
