  • Immediate Return: If you find any issues, defects, or mismatches with your order, you can return the product to the delivery person immediately.

2. Return Process & Charges

If a product is found to be faulty or incorrect at the time of delivery:

  • Initial Return: You must pay the delivery charge to the courier person and return the product to us.
  • Free Reshipping: Once we receive the returned item and verify the issue, we will send you the correct or replacement product free of cost.
  • No Additional Charges: You will not be required to pay the delivery charge again for the replacement shipment.

3. Conditions for Return

To be eligible for a hassle-free replacement, please ensure:

  • The product is returned in its original packaging.
  • Tags, labels, and any accompanying accessories are intact.
  • The product has not been used, washed, or altered in any way.

4. Change of Mind

If you decide not to keep the product for reasons other than a defect (e.g., change of mind), the return must still be initiated while the delivery person is present. In such cases, the delivery charge is non-refundable.
